      On multiple occasions I purchased swimwear from this company and did not receive the items. Whenever I reached out to customer service they would let me know they were working on it or on their way. Instead of receiving product from them they shut down. I considered the money I had spent a lose after being told they filed bankruptcy. But then recently the owner has started posting on social media and selling suits again under their company name and site. I am now wondering what can do to either get my money back (its been too long to go through my credit cards) or be given the products in which I paid for previously. Or if there are any other options available. I know I am not the only one and that lots of other women fell victim to her and this company. Thank you.

      I placed an order on April 8, 2022 for a April ************ monthly bathing suit top. I was charged $30.00 which was immediately taken out of my bank account via my debit card used for the purchase. As of 1-4-2023 I still have NOT received my top. I have emailed the company numerous times about not receiving the top that I paid for. They kept saying that it was going to be a later date and then a later date. The company shut down their website and they are no longer available to be contacted. I never got my top and apparently its too late for a refund. I am out $30 and dont have my top.

      I had the monthly bathing suit subscription. If you like the monthly suit, you were charged and then the suit is made for you. As they are handmade, a few months wait is typical to receive your suit. I purchased the April 2022 suit on 4/7/22 with my *********** cash card. I purchased the June 2022 suit on 6/20/22 with my **************** Blue Bird cash card. I purchased the September 2022 suit on 9/7/22 via my bank account debit card. I have not received these suits. (strangely I purchased the July suit and I DID receive that along with a single top in early November) The September suit was the last of the subscriptions as they were no longer running that program. I had seen on the ******** page that the suits were taking a very long time to process so I waited patiently. I emailed in November looking for an eta on my three suits as I was going on vacation. They told me they were still coming but offered a refund if I wanted. However, I really wanted the suits and since they said they were still being sent, I declined. It is now December and the webpage is down and my emails to Fused Hawaii are returned as no longer valid. I am owed either three suits or $165.00. It is too late to dispute with any of my credit/bank accounts. Since it was standard for this company to have a long wait time for their product, there are a whole bunch of women out a whole bunch of money and bikiniless without recourse.

      Order placed on 8/2/22 for $94.24 Order was filled incorrectly, which lead to back and forth with customer service. Replacements were sent but the order was still incorrect. Last email from them was dated 9/29/22, saying they would send the correct items.Now the business is closed??

      On June 22, 2022 I placed an order for a bikini subscription suit. The two pieces total cost *****. Ive ordered here before. Sometimes shipping takes awhile. On Sept 1, 2022 I emailed to ask about this order since I still hadnt gotten it. They responded on Sept 3, 2022 saying that it was being made and I would receive it. Now I have an email saying that the company doesnt exist anymore and to ask the bank or credit card company for a refund. That isnt possible since they took my money on 6/22/22. ********************* and this company have taken money from myself and so many others and there is no way to resolve this because she took down the website and you cannot contact them. I would just like my money returned.

      Ordered bikini bottoms and they were defective.. I had contacted the company and they had asked for pictures, which I had sent. Im not asking for a refund I would just like a replacement. They never responded to my email after they had asked for pictures. I even sent a follow up email and still no response

      I placed an order with Fused Hawaii. They stated **** days for order processing. At 2 weeks I contacted them to find the order status. They informed me it still needed to be processed. I then stated I wanted to cancel my order if they could not get it processed in the time they promised. Order FUSED264379 Surprise ******************************** (-$10.00) $25.00 *************************************: ****** WOW15 (-$10.00) $25.00 Total $30.00 USD They then emailed me and said they cancelled my order. I've tried several times to request a refund. Through email. Through ******** messenger. Publicly on their ******** page. They just delete comments and never respond. I want a refund of the money they took from my account on the day I placed the order. They have my money and refuse to acknowledge my requests for a refund.

      I placed an order on June 11th, the package shipped out on July 5th but was never received. I emailed several times regarding not receiving the shipment. On July 28th they said they would be re-shipping the item and would do their best to expedite the process. When I had not received any shipping/tracking information a week later (August 6th) I emailed asking about the status, they apologized and again said they would escalate the order to the warehouse to expedite the order. I checked back again on August 13th and they still are apologetic but have done nothing to expedite the order placed over two months ago. They continue to blame this on an influx of orders yet they keep running sales which just keeps bringing in more orders than they can clearly handle.
