I have been a WorldMark owner since June 2014. Every month since then I received an invoice for my dues, and I would pay it. Then after 9 years of faithfully paying my dues and never being late World **** stopped sending invoices. I got behind and called to see what was going on. They said I should be getting invoices, so I paid off the balance. No invoices came, and I got behind again. I decided wanted to sell my credits to my kids, so I called World **** and asked to paid off the balance, so that I could sell my shares. I was given a balance of $986.18 which I paid. I again ask the WorldMark lady, if I was paid up in full, she said yes. After a few days I hadn't heard anything, so I called again to make sure everything was ok. The WorldMark employee looked up my account and said yes, you are paid up and everything should be fine.After a couple of weeks I still hadn't heard anything so I called again. I asked why nothing was happening in the process to sell my shares to my kids. I was told that nothing was happening because I still owed money. I told her of my payment and my two previous conversations. She said I would have to talk t the accounting department. She then transferred my call to ********************** I was told by Pinnacle that the payment I made was not totally made to WorldMark and part of it went for their fees. ******** then told me I could not longer contact WorldMark directly, but had to go through them. This all was done without my knowledge or permission. I made payment to WorldMark, not Pinnacle.To this day, WorldMark has not sent me an invoice or bill. They sent my account to a collection agency without warning or without any need. I was reaching out to them to resolve the issue. They have made no effort and seem to be totally uninterested.I am one who has always paid my bills. I am a senior citizen and I believe my rights have been violated in this process. I believe WorldMark has demonstrated the very worst of business practices.
