The Big Island Lending Group really went to work for me a few months ago in the purchase of a new home in a ******************** Environment which is still in-process of industry redefinition to ultimately help me secure a loan which was worked for me and measured up to standards.The challenges were mainly in the form of companies that were on the receiving end of receiving and ultimately making decisions at each juncture along the mortgage process; financial companies during this time were either merging, folding, moving to work-from-home status, and many new hires coming onboard during my application process.Interpretations from these companies were not always consistent and for certain figures they would group things based on remotely similar circumstances which was unique to my situation. All the while, The Big Island Lending Group kept my interest in mind, did not waiver in there consistency, and kept the goal to secure me a mortgage through the proper channels and with the best interest of all parties concerned. The team at The Big Island Group are a solid blend of professionalism, know-how, and above all compassion. The hours they put in must be long and perhaps at times difficult, but they kept me apprised at each step of the way. This entire process was an educational one for me and actually helped me to streamline my business administrative practices in several ways. Doing my part was easy by providing them with documents requested in a timely manner, e-signing documents and amendments upon receipt, and just being patient with the overall process which has undergone much since the pandemic as is the case with many industries.We look forward to working with The Big Island Lending Group for our new next purchase and perhaps first commercial acquisition in the near future.
