*************************** was absolutely amazing!! He explained everything to me and now I am part of *****'s Services!!My shower handle broke off at 7 in the morning. I shut off the water for our house and immediately looked up plumbing services near me in **** ******. ***** had the highest rating and I know why!It took awhile but the job was complete and ***** looked at our whole house.SUPER HAPPY!!Steve's Plumbing Service

The service agent who took my call last Friday was excellent, she got Maka to come out on Saturday to assess the job at our house. On Monday, today, **** came back, had everything he needed and did his job with respect, professionalism and was very personable. Through our project, **** felt like family. **** was very knowledgeable & patient, in explaining the problem I had, & how he was going to go about fixing the problem. Along the way, I asked many questions. Customer ********************** is the worst. I had a water heater installed a 1 1/2 years ago. I understand that their warranty is only six months but they absolutely wont give any help with the manufacturer warranty. Their invoice does not show the breakdown on part and labor prices and it doesnt show the name of the product that they worked on. If I show up at the manufacture distributor without the product name how would they know what the invoice was for or even if it is their product. Tried to explain that to them and they didnt understand what I needed. Their technicians are good but their system is bad. Will never do business with them again and will never recommend them to anyone.Steve's Plumbing Service

**** was awesome! And so was ****! **** came within an hour of my call and made a very thorough assessment. He explained things really well, was very professional, and personable. The work was done so efficiently! The quality of the service, from start to finish, has been excellent! Our water heater needed replacing, since it looked like it was catching fire. Considering what an emergency this was for me, they made the entire experience feel kind of pleasant. Who does that?! Steves plumbing is amazing!Steve's Plumbing Service

Steves plumbing was very helpful when our water heater failed. They sent a technician out named **** to fix the problem. **** was incredibly polite, efficient and clean while working in our home. Maka set up a new water system with the Halo water softener. I highly recommend upgrading to their Halo softener. Your shower experience will never feel the same, only better!Dont waist your time on another company to do it right the first time.If you dont want to worry about replacing appliances in the long run from corrosion in your pipes. Get the Halo! It is so worth the upgrade. It will make your home feel and taste great! Thank you for all your help.Steve's Plumbing Service
