On October 20 - 30, 2019, I purchased a residential solar photovoltaic system from Pro Solar Hawaii LLC to be installed in ******************************************************************. I paid the full amount of $44, 487.20 for the system with 3 check(s). The system was supposed to save me @ $400 to $600 dls a month since the electrical bill would be just below the $200 a month.On 10/24/2019 the system was installed but then the system it did not work for almost 4 months because according to *************************** he forgot to turn on the system. The electrical bills were atrocious reaching only on one month $1200 so I asked him to stop by to check the system which he did on 2/25/2020 then he stated that he had forgotten to turn on the system that has been off for 4 months. The ***** bills continued reaching out $600 - $800 dls a month. I contacted Mr ****************** one more time then he said that he was off the island and then he would contact me as his return. I never heard from him. Then in 4/2020 all traveling stopped to and from Hawaii and inter islands. When I spoke to him he said that he could not travel inter island due to the pandemic. He said that he would contact me but again he never did. On 10/4/2021, I contacted Mr ****************** again and he text me back stating that he had covid in 8/14/2021 that he had laboratory paperwork as proof and could not do anything because he was off the island. The laboratory paperwork shows that he was seeing at the lab on 9/29/2021 in ****** ****, Hawaii.I ask him to find a solution to the ongoing problem in 2 texts. Then he said that he was body was not in shape to take abuse from customers and he text me back with threatening remarks. He stated that any more texts from me it would be considered harassment and that was his final warning. I contacted Mr ****************** on 9/14/2022 and said he was booked solid thru January. He refuses to fix the faulty system that he installed in 2019 that shows his lack of professionalism and principal. More info upon request.
