I hired ***************************** from Kona Tax Plus to do my State and Federal tax return for 2021 tax year. She never filed my ************ taxes, and as a result, I never received my $1500 tax refund owed to me. On top of that I was fined almost $1200.00 for a late fee from ************. I've been trying to get ahold of ***************************** for months now and haven't got anything back of substance. I had to physically mail in my tax return to ***************, even though I already hired and paid ***************************** to do so. I am possibly out $2700 or more because of this problem. There has been minimal to no communication from ********, and we have to figure this out as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

In May of 2022 I hired ***************************** at Kona Tax Plus to file our taxes. Since then I have been waiting for my tax return to show up in my bank account. I had made numerous attempts to reach ******** between May 20 and July 20 and only heard from her via email on July 22. On July 26, I heard from her again, via email, where she informed me that she made an error on the taxes and they had not been filed. She stated that she now filed them on July **************************************** 2-3 weeks. It is now August 31 and I have still not received my tax return. I have not heard from ******** since July 27, despite countless attempts to reach her via her telephone number and email. Also, I searched the *** website to check on the status of my refund and it states that the information that I have entered is incorrect. I would like help with reaching ******** from Kona Tax Plus to confirm that my taxes were submitted, find out the amount of my return, and receive my tax refund. I am concerned with the lack of communication from ******** and would like to know the whereabouts of my tax return. This issue has created financial hardship for me. Please help me reach ******** and receive my tax refund as soon as possible.******,***
