Where do I start, first this company has recently changed it s name from ****** to the water machine, due to the filters by ****** not doing what they claim. When searching for a water filter system I did tons of research and when I found that ****** had a law suit against them for claiming their filters filtered out lead, mercury, chlorine, fluoride just to mention a few, I was stooped in my tracks. So I to continued to search and came across The Water Machine Co. , little did I know that it was the same owner as ****** with the same phone and address. Not knowing until after the fact, I ordered one water machine system, put it together per instructions, priming the filters, washing the tanks with soap and water, throwing out the first 3 gallon tank of filtered water and made a new batch. Now I have a water distiller, so I put a glass of water of my water and a glass of water from new system and did a side by side test , my water was ******* clear, and their water was not, the test confirmed fluoride was still in the water which is one of the substances the company claimed it filtered out. So I contacted the owner *************************** via email because it was attached to the invoice after making the purchase and requested return process be started, and his response was so vulgar, basically threatening me and my family, he knew where I lived and would tell all my neighbors I was an idiot. So I filed a Police report with the Bay County ************** from there I was instructed to do a few things that I will not mention on here, due to the case is an open case. He said that I was * **** with a mans livelihood and that I should consider my next move very carefully. What kind of business does this for just wanting to return a purchase that with my experience did not do what the company claimed. I want to and feel compelled to warn others about making a purchase from either of these companies . So PLEASE be warned about this man and his fraudulent claims. Buy elsewhere
