  I am writing on behalf of my 70yr old mother.She purchased a product from this company. the product arrived broken. she contacted Mr. *************************** and he responded to her emails in a very threatening and disturbing way. I would expect much more class and respect from a company trying to do business with the general public.I believe that the actions of Mr. **************************** and The Water Machine company need to have serious repercussions for their actions and I demand that Mr. *************************** and The Water Machine company give an apology to my mother as well as refund her for the hassle that she has had to go through trying to do business with this company. As a former business owner myself, I am deeply disturbed that there are companies out there treating customers in this manner and being so disrespectful to a paying customer. --I have attached the email transcript between ****************************** (my mother), and Mr. *********************************** of payment with a dollar amount which does not include the cost of returning the broken item to The Water Company and Mr. ********************************** included is a photo taken by my mother of the item as it was being unpacked from the box that it was delivered in.I demand that the BBB look into the customer relations of The ******************** Company and into the actions taken by Mr. *************************** in his email with ***************************** as I find them to be disgusting and very disrespectful.Thank you to the Better Business Bureau for the service you provide to customers in situations such as this one.   Hey *****, I am so sorry your mother, *******************************, is going senile. Please take her credit cards away so she does not get into more trouble, and hopefully you have taken her keys away as she should not be driving in her condition and causing accidents. 

  1. So you dispute the transaction for your mom that spent $369.23 and want $400 back? Should I assume you just want to make money on this deal by fabricating a higher number than she paid?  

  2. I corrected the problem by sending her a replacement chamber, *** tracking# 1ZFC91380325352262
  

  3. When she originally told me it arrived broken, I acted QUICKLY, and sent her a replacement chamber right away. If she refuses it she puts a monkey wrench into the whole solution.  I have done everything I needed to fix the problem and if she refuses the shipment, she reverses the correction and solution and it will become her loss. I am sorry that your name, ***************************, is now part of a public, searchable record that reveals that your mother is going senile. Please increase her medication and take her credit cards away. She might be doing similar damage to other companies she is ordering online from. If she raised you right, you will take care of her, and maybe put her in a retirement home to be watched 24/7.

  Hello I ordered drip water machine filter for removal of city water fluoride.After talking with professions. I was informed ******** does not filter out.I sent questioneds via email to Water machine. No response for a few days Then, finally I did get a respond with a list of contaminates removed by filter. The list did NOT include Flouride.I Asked multiple questions - making sure this drip filter would remove fluoride. No response.I said I want to cancel order and how to do so.No response.I canceled order. I Refused shipment thur **** It was sent back Feb 8th.water machine emailed me multiple times, a few days later rude and name calling , threatens me at my address, threatens me at my work, said he will not give me refund... and website states guarantee.I feel the filter system must have other issues he is hiding. I refused order. Box unopened and I simply stated I wanted a refund as I needed it to filter Fluoride and the water machine does not per the list Dealing with PayPal on issue- trying to get my refund. water machine company is very unprofessional. Wish no one has to deal with then, ever!!!!!!!!

  This customer has filed a false complaint with Paypal and they denied the customer's dispute and sided with the seller. 

  This customer refused a package which is against ******'s policies as they needed to accept the package and provide their own tracking number for a return back to the sender. 

  The customer was told the filters remove fluoride and provided documentation in writing that they do, but the customer choose to ignore this. The customer needed to do their research BEFORE the purchase, not during or after it. 

  Customer's like this should not be allowed to purchase items online as they dont have the brain power to make adult decisions that make sense. 

  The guarantee on the website is for broken or defective items received, with a commitment to replace them and this customer never opened the box.  

  It is sad people like *********** wasting your time and mine.

  His rude words - the water machine filter DOES NOT filter out natural minerals. 
  Fluoride is considered a natural mineral- see attachment per google. 
  google results says Flouride is a natural mineral. 
  
  
  I questioned this, because I went and talked to professionals about water filtration.  As i wish to have water without Flouride in it! This is why I considered owning the water machine.
  
  The professionals stated you CAN NOT get fluoride out of water with a high pressure filter. Such as reverse osmosis. 
  So why would his drip filter take flouride out. 
  The water machine needs its water tested!!!! 
  
  
  The best of the best filtration systems do not get flouride out of the water!!! 
  
  
  Hes mad cause Im challenging him.

  Hello,
  I am disputing case with PayPal 
  I was told Fluoride is removed by filter.
  this list was emailed to me and on website of water machine.
  This list does not say removal of Fluoride. 
  
  I asked how to go about a return. 
  I didnt get a response.
  i sent back to seller. And went thur PayPal as seller was not responding. 
  
  I request a refund and water machine refuses. They said it removed Flouride.  But the list does NOT say Flouride to be removed by his filters.
