On 9/2/15, the State of Hawaii Department of Attorney General issued a Cease and Desist Order (Order).  The Order states Glass Arts Association of Hawaii (GAAOH) has solicited contributions in the State of Hawaii, for charitable purposes, while it is not registered as a charitable organization and has committed prohibited practices. The Attorney General orders GAAOH to cease and desist from soliciting contributions in Hawaii for any charitable purpose, until it responds to the Attorney General and registers or applies for and receives an exemption registration.
