            This company has several trade names all leading back to Matthew Azouz; ********** ******* We bought a $37k service that did not meet industry standards (electric systems out-fitted with CHEAP vs. code outlets ) which would hold us, as the home owner, liable for any damages. LOTS of corner cutting in order for most of the cost going to Matthew. He and his crew, while in mid-project, went on vacation! The project was estimated for completion at the end of May... and here we are in September. The problem is although the list of items got checked off the project list, the items were not done with construction materials that complied with their own contract, which states, " All construction materials should be new and of the highest quality..." This is one area where this LLC breaches its own contract. Here they are: ************************ of the Work, *************** of performance, Changes to the Work, Delays, Right to Stop Work, Work ****************** Quality, Warranty, Fines, ************** to Repair and General. Sounds negligent, careless, unprofessional & untrustworthy. He hasn?t learned that client ********************** can be strong for business success, especially in *******,Attempts were made to work with Matthew to right the wrongs committed. They came back at least three times to address the **************par workmanship with the electric & plumbing and drywall- how embarrassing. They left a huge mess upon leaving each *************** charged us over $500.00 to clean up the mess they made! Does that sound right to you? The unaddressed electric, plumbing, cleaning & our compensation/ supplies, time (flight, transportation, food & lodging, stress & anxiety) and possible legal fees. We propose this LLC, step forward to have their outstanding defective workmanship to our home, be corrected by licensed professionals of our choosing with proper cleaning service with **************************** footing the bill.
