Contract signed and deposit made on ***************** job initiated. Demo existing bathtub and walls and install a walk-in shower with glass sliding door. Included are shower fixtures and 2 grab bars. *** completed and balance paid in full on 9-28-23. On 11-22-23 I called All Island Bath and Remodel at ********** and left recorded message about glass sliding shower door constantly opening by itself when one is showering. No response from the Company. Again called and left the same messages on 11-27-23. I received a text from ********** that they would get back to me. I called on 12-6-23 and left a message of the same complaint. I received a call back that day saying they would get back to me. On 12-11-23 I called the Company and was told they would let someone know. Later that day on 12-11-23, I received an email asking for more details and information on what needed to be repaired. I replied immediately with a description of the shower door sliding problem and produced a photo. I found that the shower door was not level. I did not receive any response. I noticed that on of the shower grab bars was rusting. On 12-18-23 I re-emailed the Company and attached photos of the mentioned rusted bar and gave a brief description. I received a phone call on 12-20-23 and was told that they would try to come by and inspect the problem by Saturday, 12-23-23. On 12-23-23 I received a text from ********** asking if they could come by on Sunday, 12-24-23. I replied NO because it was Christmas Eve. Text response said, "Just trying to do asap when we have openings." I responded that I understood but I have been waiting for weeks. The response was that two of the office people were out. Today, 1-4-24 I noticed the other shower grab bar is also rusting. Attached are photos of the contract, invoice, and photos depicting the out of level glass shower doors, and the rusted grab bars. When I signed the contract I was informed that all work and products were guaranteed for life.Business response

Project started May 8,2023, paid down-payment, $i7,500. June 19,2023 paid partial payment $16,000. Project: Remodel 2 full bathrooms, total cost: $52,356. Dispute is: From the start,everything installed wrong (not working properly) had to be re-done. Still not corrected on both bathrooms. No licensed Plumber or electricians doing work. Said they'll be back to correct errors, no-one showed up yet.Customer response

This letter is in reguards to complaint with All Island Bath on June 24, 2023. After 3 days, All Island Bath showed up & started work on all complaints. Today, June 29, 2023, all repairs were done to satisfaction & final payment was paid to close project. Thankyou for your assistance! *************************
