In May of 2020 I made a pre-order purchase of a notebook and bottle of ink for a total of $59 through the merchant's website (NOT kickstarter). Once the pandemic hit, the shop owner communicated that there would be significant delays. Periodically I would get an update email. The last update was sent via their newsletter in November 2022 stating the items would be shipping "soon" maybe as late as January of 2023. I emailed the merchant on December 22, 2022 asking to confirm that I would be getting my merchandise, or to please give me a refund. I got no response. I still haven't heard anything and have received nothing, and it is now March 2023.Note, this merchant has continued to take sales through their website, including for the item that I am still awaiting.
