I bought a keychain and the second time I took it out of my pocket it broke. I immediately sent the company an email with a picture and they said to send them proof of purchase and they would send me a new one. I sent that and several weeks had gone by and I hadn't heard anything so I sent an email inquiring about the status and again heard nothing back. There was the fire in Maui so I delayed anything because I figured they would be busy and after several more weeks they sent out an email regarding their status and that they were selling again so I figured they were back in business. I sent them another email inquiring and the response was let me look into this. Several weeks passed with nothing more so I sent yet another email inquiring on the status and have heard nothing in response . I started this process the first week of July so we're more than 3 months into this with no resolution and very, very little communication from them.Initial Complaint

I have been patiently waiting for my refund on a pen no longer available. I started the initial conversation and was told it would be refunded. My contact person was ******. The money order for $95.00 was purchased on June 5, 2022. Please help.
