      A woman named ******************************* works for them and send people she doesnt even know threatening messages. Very unprofessional and would NEVER give my business to a company that supports disgusting behavior.

      TERRIBLE! They sucked me in by using the real product as a sample and after I spent over $400 on this product and brought it home and started using it, I noticed that it was not at all the same product that they used on my face! It completely dried my face out. I called and told them about it and they hung up on me. When I tried calling back, the did not answer the phone. The customer service people were VERY pushy and treated me like a queen until I told them that I was not buying the $5,000 product they were tried to sell me. Once they found that out, they immediately ended my treatment and dismissed me.

      This business puts you in a back room with a high pressure salesperson who won't let you out. My husband and I are 76 and 77 years of age. We felt bombarded and were exhausted. Facial products kept getting put on our faces where we felt we could not get out. We actually felt trapped and were tired. After more than two hours of being harassed and declining we unfortunately relented just to get out of there. We were handed an envelope with documents from Splitit inside along with the sales receipt. No one at any time told us we could not cancel our transaction. We left the store with no product. The next morning we called the salesperson to cancel the transaction and to stop the shipment of any product. He said he would get on it and help us. Days went by with text messages and phone calls but no resolution. We felt like nothing was being done. They tried to deliver packages to our home but we refused them. We have filed a Customer Claim Form with the company and called Splitit to hold on the transaction. Splitit says they can cancel the transaction when they get authorization from La Belle Ame. We have also filed a Consumer Complaint with the State of Hawaii. We want the transaction cancelled to release the hold on our credit card. This company is unethical in its business practices. To take advantage of elderly people and pressure them into a contract is wrong and then to not allow a cancellation is like theft.Would not even give this company one star but at least one star is required to submit this review.

We serve thousand of customers every month, Women, Men, elderly and young. we DO NOT take advantage of our customers, regardless of their age, any otherwise suggestion is baseless and false.       Hard core sales pitch and no warning about their cancellation policy just a quick sign here, initial here thing I started to try to cancel my order the day after purchase! They ignored me, ignored my texts and phone calls and, after 3 attempts to deliver their product (they sent to wrong address twice), I got it anyway. I immediately gave the package -unopened - to ********** to return. Ive tried texting them, calling them, etc., as well as disputing the charges with my bankall to no avail! They are insisting on charging me almost $5000 for a product I tried to immediately cancel - and that I returned unopened - and Im still fighting them! Dont fall for their hard core sales pitch!

While we acknowledge that it is impossible to successfully saticfy 100% of our customers, it is important to note that we do serve thousands of customers every month and that the vast majority of them are happy with both their purchase and service they received. The very few unhappy customers are not a valid rep ********** of our practice.I strongly encourage you to reach us directly and discuss the resolution previously offered to you.
