My wife and I went to Hawaii on our honeymoon and spent a few days on each island. We were in Maui, ** July 16 - July 17, 2023. On July 13, 2023, we googled Molokini snorkeling tours and came across the website "************************************************". Through the website, we booked a snorkeling tour for July 17th, 2023 and paid $384.75. Immediately upon booking the tour, we received an email from the Maui Activities Store stating that our booking was confirmed for July 17, 2023, and that we would receive our voucher within 24 hours. Later that day, we received an email from hiaac.com with the subject "************ Ticket Voucher 69605-1 | **************** DATE: 7/17/23". The email contained a pdf voucher. On the day of our tour, we went to the specified boat slip to check in for the snorkeling tour. The company did not have us on the list. I showed them the voucher, and they pointed out that the voucher that was sent to me was for a different person (*****************************) and was for September 10, 2023, not July 17. We ended up having to pay the company for the tour to be able to go. When we originally discovered they sent the wrong voucher, I tried to call the company but received their voicemail. I left a message and then sent an email. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund and have called them a minimum of once per day and have left messages. I have not received a response to my emails, a call back for my voicemails, or an answer to my calls. The company took my money and did not provide the service they said they would, and now has gone dark and will not answer my calls or reply to my emails.Customer response

The company reached out finally, after receiving notification from the BBB and issued a full refund. This has now been resolved.
