On July 21, 2022, I purchased cosmetic products from a business known as either Kedma Boutique or Individual Boutique by K. My receipt and the sign over the door show the later name but another item I received showed the name as ***** Boutique. The salesman was ********** was my only contact. On July 24th I texted *** and stated that I wanted to cancel my order, and he stated that he would check on the orders status. I then told him that even if the package was sent I wanted information on how to return the order and receive a refund. The amount of the products was $4,807. It was at that point that *** stopped responding to me. He didn't answer my texts or calls (made on &/29 and 7/30) and there was no option for leaving a message. I found a link for Kedma Cosmetics and the first attempt at a message didn't result in a response but a second attempt on August 1st resulted on a reply. The cpm[any told me that they only handle returns for products ordered on line and I asked for the name and contact information of the owner of the ******* store. I was told that the owner is an individual and they can't give out personal information. I told them that a business owner can't keep his/her name from being known. I've never heard of a business owner who can remain anonymous. I don't know what other steps I can take to return the products and obtain a refund. ***** doesn't appear to be willing to stand behind their products and I can't get any information on the owner. All calls I've made to the store have been unanswered, and I let the phone ring over 15 times over several days. It's as if the sales people lured me in got me to go for the sales pitch, then closed down. Being over 70, I'm now sure that I was targeted and unfortunately fell for the sales pitch. But there has to be a way to contact the owner and resolve the problem.Customer response
