I have used this program for a couple of years. Deron responds to emails. His customer service is awesome! This has been a really good experience for me. I had my knees replaced and could not get down on my knees to do exercises, but wanted a challenge, and he has so many different things that he offers. I highly recommend his program. He also doesnt sugarcoat anything. He's very upfront that losing weight takes time and exercise and he makes no promises. He encourages you to make goals that are attainable and not unrealistic. Theres so much available on the website once you join as a member and the membership is way less than what a gym membership is. Not only do you have access to all different types of exercises but you have all his weight loss, recipes and information and instruction as well. Highly recommended!Review from Barbara S

Excellent experience! I have just started the program at age 70. It was recommended to me by someone I trust implicitly and she told me that doing *****'s program has clearly given her strength and has improved her balance. I am delighted to have been introduced to Deron and his program. He's a jewel! He is knowledgeable, supportive, encouraging, and clearly loves what he does.Review from Bernae B

Reviews always remind me how different we are as individuals. Thats probably because having run a business for 35 years I learned, long ago, you cant please everyone. There is always one or two who even if they get what they want, or what they think they want, they will never be happy. I have had many different experiences with Grow Young Fitness and every time was a 5 star experience. I cant tell you how often the words Keep it Movin helped me get on with the day, even if I didnt keep it movin that day. ***** and **** built this community with us and I for one feel blessed to have them in my world.Review from barb w

Have been doing GYF practically from the beginning..IF you are consistent and follow along with the nutritional guidelines and exercises, you will lose weight and gain balance, flexibility, tone-up, everything that is stated..The deal is, you HAVE to be honest with yourself and follow along..All the supplements and vitamins are not necessary but I have found them (some of them) beneficial.. I cannot afford all of them though..Bottom line, "Keep it Movin"Review from Sydni S

I have a good variety of the fitness dvds and do one every morning after a 20 minute walk on my treadmill.
