    The owner is a complete *****. She Will blame you when your jewelry breaks less than a month after purchasing by. The emerald *** to crack in it the first time I bought it so she sent it back to get fixed and all they did was move the stones around because another Stonebrook less than a month after having it. She threatened to not give me my money back and said its my fault because she assumed I was a bartender and wearing it to work? Im not a bartender but it doesnt even matter because if you have quality jewelry you should be able to work anywhere without it crumbling to s*** She even made the comment emeralds dont seems to suite you. Go across to Hoku they are better and have a nice customer service this lady should be out of business the way she treats people.

    ************* bought an ******* **** from us. She left the store and came back shortly saying that one of the three *******s had a crack. We didn't ask if she had dropped it, although we had never noticed the crack before. We returned the **** to the maker and they replaced the damaged stone. We gave the **** back to ************** at no charge to her and she was satisfied and pleased with the ****. ************** returned about a month later with one ******* chipped where a prong held it. This would only occur when the **** was banged against a hard surface. She claimed that she belived that the maker had not changed out the faulty stone, but had merely glued it back together and put it back in the ****. I told her this was simply not possible and wouldn't account for the chip in any case. She had been warned that *******s are a bit fragile and will not stand up to rough treatment. She rudely demanded a new **** or her money back. I had had enough of her and gave her a full refund, contrary to our normal policy. I also told her we would not be doing any more business together. In forty years of business I have had only one other negative review.

    Never would I buy anything from you. Learn some customer service instead of a RUDE remark about "customers are always right", sarcastically. Not pono- go back to wherever the h*** you came from. You may be able to rip off tourist because they go back home- but not me.
