      Our experience with the timeshare has been filled with disappointment and unmet expectations since our honeymoon in 2001. We were lured in with promises of discounted activities and enticing offers after enduring a lengthy, high-pressure sales presentation. Despite multiple refusals, we were persuaded by promises of return trips, additional vacation years, and luxurious amenities that have since proven false. Over the years, we have encountered numerous issues with the timeshare. The amenities we were initially promised, like access to premium pools and restaurants, were no longer available to us after purchase. The quality of the units has been subpar, with broken furniture, ant infestations, and malfunctioning air conditioning. Our recent trip to ****** was equally disappointing, with limited dining options and unavailable activities, despite paying substantial fees. The financial burden has become overwhelming. Maintenance fees have more than doubled since our original purchase, and we've been charged extra fees on off years. We've also found that booking directly is often cheaper than using the timeshare exchange, contradicting the savings we were promised. Given these persistent issues and the escalating costs, we are seeking the cancellation of our timeshare contract. We no longer wish to be burdened by these expenses or to pass them on to our children. We need someone to contact us so we can reach a resolution to this serious issue.

      Although weve made it abundantly clear that we want out of this agreement, Pahio Kauai Resorts continues to ignore us, seemingly under the impression that this will resolve the matter.This timeshare has become a significant financial burden on a fixed income for senior citizens. The maintenance fees have skyrocketed from around $400 to $2,000, with additional increases every other year. This drastic cost rise was never mentioned during the sales pitch when we were persuaded to purchase the timeshare.Beyond the maintenance fees, we are now being hit with an additional $325 special assessment for repairs at the Kauai Beach Villas resort this year. The resort is dilapidated, and we fear staying in this timeshare will ultimately drain all our resources.

      In November 2023, my family and I were presented with an option by Pahio Kauai Resort to execute a Deed Back to cancel our property ownership. A fee accompanied this proposal, and we proceeded with the expectation that the resort would honor this agreement. However, after months of diligent follow-up and communication, Pahio Kauai Resort reneged on the option and demonstrated a complete lack of acknowledgment regarding their initial offer. Furthermore, our persistent attempts to hold them accountable and ensure their adherence to the promised resolution have been consistently met with obstruction and refusal on their part.This conduct has caused significant distress and inconvenience for us, as we have been left in a state of limbo, unable to progress with the cancellation process despite the assurances previously provided by Pahio Kauai Resort. Their failure to uphold their commitments and subsequent avoidance of responsibility reflects poorly on their business practices and exhibit a lack of integrity in their dealings with customers.We implore the Better Business Bureau to intervene in this matter and facilitate a resolution that upholds the principles of fairness and reliability in consumer-business relationships. We aim to hold Pahio Kauai Resort accountable for its representations and to seek a satisfactory conclusion that aligns with the expectations set forth by the initial agreement.

      I WANT MY F $$$ back!!! i adked for a ************ refused to give me one @ **** ..so i took dirt towels from tha yoga sesh & jumped in tha hot hot tub fully dressed! f****** give me back my money . im sleeping in my SUV
