I hired All Aloha Plumbing to fix a plumbing issue. They arrived on 20 July 2023 to evaluate an issue I had with my water heater constantly running. The plumber, tech and supervisor all arrived and recommended to my wife replacing our water heater since it was 10 years old. After replacing my heater and performing other maintenance not required. They charged us above average for the work $5,000. However, a couple weeks after the work was completed our electric bill was still high. Thus we called the electric company and they troubleshot our issue and identified a leaking pipe. We called all aloha plumbing again and they sent a technician two days later. However the technician showed up with no tools and proceeded to feel the new water heater with his hands and said it was fine and I had an electrical issue. I walked him through the steps ***** showed me and identified through checking the water meter and water heater that the problem was a pipe leak. The plumber failed to properly troubleshoot the problem before changing out the water heater and also failed to properly troubleshoot after the water heater was changed to see if it was fixed. I tried resolving the issue with the company, but they were hard to get ahold of and after two weeks of trying to resolve I had to move forward.Business response
