On March 25, 2024 I placed an order for two Items totaling $78.73. I received a partial order. One order was listed as pre-order and had a lead time of 4-5 weeks. On May 3, ********************************************************************* it was a long lead item. On May 11 I emailed them again for status and they replied that the order should have never been accepted as they no longer were able to provide the item I ordered (ipad cover). They asked if I wanted to change to a different product or receive a refund. I said I wanted a refund. I have tried to reach out to them numerous times since then asking when my refund will be processed and they have not answered my requests. Order number ***** placed March 25, 2024 $ Amount of item not shipped - $38.00 plus shipping $10.73 Paid for with **** ending in 6478Customer response

We have responded to their emails that the refund will be processed and we have proccessed the refund for the product. The order also included another item a phone case that was shipped separately and incurred seperate shipment charges and so the total shipping would not be refunded as shipping services were used to ship the phone case that was recieved. We have refunded the ipad case on May 22nd - please see the following proof ($38.00 USD was refunded using a **** ending in 6478 via Shop Pay.
