I had my car Ceramic Coating by *****. The process was not done completely and correctly. I have been back and forth with the company trying to have the issues corrected. / EX: Overspray still showing on car. Engine all water spots. When car was taken to get ceramic coated. There was a surface scratch of the trunk area. They did not buff it out before spraying the ceramic coating. Which is one I took my car to have water spots removed. They acid wash my chrome triming of my car, which have no waterspots. I advised them that the chrome is faded now. I was advised to take the car back. They said they corrected the issue by polishing the chrome. Now the Chrome is totally ruined and needs to be replaced. As professionals they should know not to polish (Dipped Chrome). especially with Metallic polish. I also have taken my car back to do a 1 year check on the ceramic. And was told that water should bead off. I spoke with their employee and he had stated that the water does not bead like it should. He had also informed me that the door jams wasnt Ceramic. I have pictures of the day I pickedmy car up with the overspray and as of today still overspray. My Chrome needs to be replaced. The Dipped Chrome side trimming on both driver and passenger side for my car the area they have ruined is $620.00. I am asking for the replacement of the chrome. Need to be bought from the dealer also my moneyback for the creamic coating that was not done completly and correctly. $459.07. The total I am seaking is $1079.07. I was able to fit just 4 pictures on the file due to size. I have many more pics. along with text messages stating that they are aware of the issues and the many times I have been taking the car back to be coorected. again nothing against the owners and employees,. Its just the workmanship is horrible..
