On September 19, 2022 the building management's office I reside in ********************* Senior Apartments had an a/c unit installed for me in my apartment #**** by The Air Conditioner Shoppe in ******* ******. The building required me to use this company because I was told they are bonded & they were to install a window unit a/c which does not hang outside the window at the total cost of $1,517.28 The Air Conditioner Shoppe informed me that they repair for free for 1 year. The day after it was installed I called The Air Conditioner Shoppe to complain that the a/c is defective because it was turning off & on and beeping with the power off the entire **************** An employee came out to remove a shroud inside the unit which they had placed to prevent dripping. 4 more times I called the owner of the shop due to same ************ procrastinated telling me to switch settings. 4 days ago the problem became worse and I called the owner he blew me off saying he'd maybe get around to fixing it next week. I called him back he said he was busy in his car & hung up. I called again and demanded he remove defective a/c & replace with new one. He said to take him to court, hung up on me & blocked my number. The management of my building attempted to call him and he blocked their number also. The unit is dead. Not turning on anymore and it's been defective since day one!Business response

Regarding ***************************** On July 18 2023 she called me in the morning and said her window a/c would run for a while and shut off for hours before it would come back on lie I told her we would put her down for a service call as soon as we can fit her in that's when it all began during the day she called six times screaming saying she wants it now will not wait I explained we already have service calls lined up and will fit her in ASAP. about 2:30 PM the resident MGR. from ********************* apts. called me and said to call the office at ************ name ****** which you may contact and I will let you into the apt. I said no problem two minutes later ****** called me up and starting screaming said she will *** me and take me to court that's when I called ****** the resident MGR. and told her what happened she said she understands. so then I call *********** from Pacific Appliance at ************ and asked her to call ****** the resident MGR of ********************* and ****** told ********************* that the way this tenant is. ***** told me that a technician will need to go to check out the a/c first before anything can be done then the customer would have to wait to get it resolved. I would of taken care of it it on July 20 2023 two days later if she just would of waited. My company has over **** customers on Oahu. and we try to take care of all but in the summer time we are always backed up with work as you can imagine. My technician called her twice the same day to talk to ****** she never called ***** back ************. Sorry it had to come to this but I will never go back to this customer because the way she was screaming and saying she was going to take me to court me. ****** called me after we back last September and said Thank you so much for fixing my a/c. She could not wait a few days to get the work done. We do most of the work at that building since it was built. You may call anyone that I gave you the phone numbers for to check out the story. I am rejecting this response because: In regards to the response by The Aire Conditioner Shoppe about my complaint against them, correct me if I'm wrong but I did not read of offer by them to resolve this matter. In *********************** Wiedemann stated in his response that he will never deal with me ("this customer") again. So I take that as not only is he not offering to repair my a/c unit which I purchased from him but he falls very short, by failing to offer to replace the unit since it was defective and having problems immediately after he installed it & those problems not only never ceased but they became worse and the unit is now not turning on. The new a/c that I paid a over priced tremendous amount of money for less than a year ago is completely DEAD. I would not insist on a brand new unit being installed except for the fact that my current unit had problems immediately after it was installed and the problems became worse. It was sold to me defective! And therefore should have immediately been replaced months ago. Why would a brand new a/c unit have to be repaired the following morning after it was installed?!

The Aire Conditioner Shoppe has been kind enough to replace my defective air conditioner with a new unit. Thank you to them & Thank you! Issue resolved.
