Obviously they care nothing about making things right with their customers. Ordered a too, tried it on: fit was awful. Got a return ok, sent it back in the EXACT condition it was recieved. It was tried on once and put back in package. They returned it to me and refused to refynd the $ as they claimed it had yellow stains. It has NONE! They sent me puctures claiming they see it, I photographed it from the exact same angles showing NOTHING AT ALL!! Yet they remove my social media posts, dont respond to my proof pictures. Horrid business, customer is always wrong here, not the made up c*** they use to keep my money.Review from Kris W

Beware of this company. I ordered shorts from their website, the shorts just didn't fit my body type. I mailed the shorts back using the **** label sent to me and the company alleged to have never receive the return. I am now out $90 dollars and left without a product. The company refused to offer a replacement of the items or credit claiming "they are a small family business and cannot afford to" per *******. This sounds like a scam.Review from Amanda E.

Love Fitness Apparel will keep your money! They failed to fulfill my order. Held my money for an item that I didnt receive. Refused to extend the return time so that I could receive the missing item and try the outfit on together. Falsely accused me of staining an item that remained in the bag the entire time it was in my possession. Failed to correspond with me before returning the item to me. And kept my money!! You have to upload a photo of the item you want to return, which I did and they accepted it! This company has horrendous customer service and shady practices that result in them keeping your money! I have been trying to deal with them for over a month!Review from Amanda C

I bought mediums in a pair of leggings and shorts based off sizing on their website. They were HUGE. I exchanged them for smalls. The cost of the exchange was shipping which was about $11. The small sizes were so small I could not get them on. I went through the return process and was sent a shipping label to send the product back. Once they received my product back I was notified that I would not receive my money because the items were an exchange and no longer eligible for a return. They offered me a store credit which I clearly did not want since their sizing was so bad. I continue to email and ask for resolution with no response from this company. When I went through the return process, I was sent a shipping label and told the cost of shipping would be deducted from me refund. Ive now sent product back two times and out the cost of the leggings that I dont have. This company now has product they can resell and my money do not buy from these peopleReview from Anna s

They cannot get orders correct and have horrible customer service when it comes to correcting your order. I am extremely disappointed in this company. I would NOT recommend!!!
