I had a plumbing leak in my home which was repaired by *****'s Plumbing on 10/23/22. *****'s Plumbing recommended that I use R&M Solutions, LLC to do the water damage restoration and reconstruction. R&M did the water damage restoration, but they struggled to do the reconstruction. Because of continuing problems with completing the reconstruction (such as attempting to lay new flooring on top of uneven subflooring that varies by ), I verbally, and in writing (12/20/22), terminated my contract with them and requested a refund of the money I paid for work that was not done totaling $4758.93. On 12/28/22, I received a text message from ************************* saying that my refund was approved and that I would receive the refund within ***** business days. The text also said that I would receive a refund for the cabinets at a later time. It has been over *********************************************************************** addition, my home was broken into on 12/28/22 and the only item stolen was one of R&Ms drying equipment (which was not visible from outside the home) and the only people who knew that equipment was there was R&M personnel, me and one other person who lives in my home. I filed a police report for the break in and they believe it was an employee of R&M that broke into my home and stole that one item. Bottomline, I want my refund of $4758.93 for work NOT done, and I want R&M Solutions, LLC to pick up the unused flooring they left in my home. I would also like them to take the damaged cabinets, that they removed and left sitting outside my home, to the dump or refund me additional money if I have to do it myself. I would like these done ASAP. (I have additional documentation, if needed.)
