I took my dog there for 3 days and 2 nights. When we picked her up I didn't notice anything wrong with her. My friend took me to *********** and when he was dropping me off he asked, "why is ***** dragging her **** on the floor." I told him I didn't know I didn't see her, Until she did it again. I picked her up and lifted up her tail and we looked at her ****. Her **** was so compacted with p*** I couldn't even budge it. Her fur was so matted . She has long fur. It was matted all way to her skin. I sprayed her at a higher water pressure. Washed and washed and washed it Then I was able to pull some off I washed it again a couple times and had to cut her fur. Wash it again because it was so close to her skin i couldn't tell where it separated at her skin, Her a*** was red, inflamed, and enlarged. I reported them to the sheriff but i was stupid and took pictures after i cut her hair off not before. The sheriff said something in regards to saying it because I was trying to get my money back. No, it never crossed my mind. All I thought about was protecting her and I wanted them to get cited so people know this.

As ******************* stated, she did not notice anything wrong with ***** when she picked her up. While staying with us she had bowel movements observed by our staff members and one of our staff members carried her out to *******************. When carrying out a small dog, they are usually carried with a hand under their hind end and supported up against the body of whoever is carrying them. Our staff member never felt anything or saw anything on *****'s **** area, and there was no ***** stains on her uniform shirt. ******************* never bothered to call us or bring ***** in for us to look at anything wrong or fix the situation, if there was one. This would have been the first thing most people would have done. As she says, she did not take pictures before and we have not seen any pictures of the after, but if she scrubbed as much as she says, her little but would be red. Bella is a small dog and had small formed f**** while here. The first thing we heard about the supposed situation was when the deputy stopped in and talked to our kennel manager and the staff member that ****************. He said as far as he was concerned the case was closed. We then talked to all staff members and no one noticed anything while ***** was here. We let our boarders out 4 times a day, including someone coming in in the evening to let them out to potty. We take pride in the care we take of our boarders and all of our patients!
