******************* of ********************* put in a refund for my $70 i paid for a summer league 6/17/24 - 6/27/24. he put the refund in cause my son could not play because of age and grade. his email said he put refund in the week of 6/17/24 and here is 7/5/24 and no refund.Initial Complaint

Ryzer LLC Manages the registration and account information for the ********************** ******************** When creating an account with Ryzer LLC, I was charged $310.49 for a youth baseball camp. This account was created on 6/6/22 Registration ID: ******* Due to a coaching and staff change at **********************, the baseball camp was cancelled on 6/16/22.Upon receiving the cancellation notice, it was indicated that all participants would receive a full refund within 5-7 Business Days. I have yet to receive this refund. As the weeks roll by and the distractions of our times rattle our attention, I simply want to receive the refund before amnesia takes its shape. After contacting the ********************** (via email), I was informed that the refund was processing. It is currently the end of July and I've yet to receive a refund for the cancelled youth baseball camp.
