      I had 3 Comforters dry cleaned there. I had picked them up Friday the weekend over memorial weekend. One I have taken over there a number of times to have dry cleaned. It is a UGG blanket and is not cheap. The other 2 was the first time ever being cleaned. When I opened the bag. They all were ruined. They were not opened on memorial day so I called on Tuesday. Send pictures to one of the employees. Never heard back. Called again. Another employees asked for them to brought back. I orginally wanted a full refund but they wanted to try again to fix it. Had to wait a few days. Came back and they were still the same. I have text messages of the issue. One blanket wasn't bad. The other ugg blanket. Still shredded but wasn't bad. My biggest issue was my daughter's white ugg blanket. The employee called the owner and said there was nothing more they could do. So now I'm mad and waited for him to come back from his trip to speak to him personally. Yes, I was starting not to be very professional. Because he was almost laughing and thinking I was beneath him cause he had been in business for 42 years and he personally cleaned them and he said they were fine, when indeed they werent. My 300 dollar blanket is suppose to be soft and fuzzy. Instead it's like wool and has burnt spot on it. I wasn't going to get my full refund of the 98. I atleast wanted a refund of the one blanket that was totally ruined. I had been patience with the company but when the owner started to call me a lier. It really offended me and "people" like me are not worth his time. So yes I said some unchoiced words to him but I think anyone would. Because he was being a "f" jerk. So basically all I want is refunded. Atleast the one blanket thats completely ruined. I will take my loss of the other 2 and never do business there again. These pictures are pictures of the blankets. The first time. I sent them to the employee. They still look the same. I paid ***** and atleast want partial if not all.

          The customer brought in 3 comforters. I was filling in for an employee during that week and it was I that completely handled the care and treatment of the comforters. They were cleaned very delicately, and with no heat. I am the owner of the company, and I have cleaned clothes and comforters for 42 years. 

          The customer brought them back because she was unhappy. I agreed to clean them again at no charge, which I did.

          When the customer picked them up, she complained that all 3 are ruined. I inspected them as I did when they were cleaned the first and second time. The comforters are not ruined, they are typical for prior used comforters. We clean on average 6 to 20 bed spreads and comforters per day in our facility, and we are good at it.

          At some point the customer called my cell phone. She was extremely belligerent, and called me a f****** jerk 3 times. I do not want customers like this, would you ?

          I ended the conversation, and I will not compensate this customer for anything. The comforters are in good condition, not ruined. If you saw them and felt them, you would agree, or at least any reasonable person would agree that they are in good condition and are absolutely not ruined.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      They are ruined. My 13 year old and 16 year old will vow to this. I had to go buy duvet covers for them because one was ruining my daughters clothes and the other one is like wool. ***** the pictures I had sent and when a costumer has a complaint qnd you could careless one would get upset. Sorry but you weren't any better by calling me "you people" when your being cocky like like there was no way you could make a mistake is ridiculous or the fact you couldn't even simply refund any of the money I had spent there, getting them cleaned. I have brought  one of the blankets in several times before and never had a complaint and I think its ridiculous that you can't get off your high horse as a owner, that mistakes happen regardless how many times you have done it. I have receipts from the duvet covers I had bought. Now why would I spend more money to cover up blankets that I already paid alot for if I didn't think they were ruined. I'm so but they are and you are a bad business owner and when I was complaining to it to a neighbor they said they had the same issue with you and would never bring their clothes to you again because you ruined a few of their shirts and could have cared less.
