I got contacted by a friend of BVON construction, mentioning that they could do the SIDING work at my brand new home. We send texts back and forth, had phone conversations about the specifics and they send an estimate. I told them that I am in the middle of the high season and I would prefer ***** this year.Homelocated at ************* Actually work was partially done between 3/8 - 3/11/2022. on 3/12/2022 I got a text message, that they would prefer spending a day on the beach - even they knew that once the siding is started - we need to finish it until 3/21/2022.The siding at our house is an option and we have a T**. Because they started the work it got included in the inspections for the ** (before it was removed from the inspection bc optional)3/14/2022 they got a deposit of $4000. On 3/15/2022 they decided to STOP working.The inspector came 3/15/2022 in the early morning noticed couple of issues. The did the following: Installed 10 x lp-siding panels smooth textured (4x8) with a total of 320 sft.Installed primed wood at the entrance 100sft According to their estimate the invoice would be 3.2 x $300 plus $82.76 for the screws (instead of nails).Primed wood work for 80 sft = 0.8 x $300. So roughly around $ *****. Overpayment of $2700!The also bought unauthorized on 3/972022 with our Lowes credit card ( $37.98; $20.88; $39.88; $3.78; $26.46; $4.26; $5.69; $5.31) with the total amount of $145.56 (Saw blades and bits). These are scammers all along the line.Business response

Here Is some correspondence and proof that she pulled back payment after service rendered and some additional things she had us do that were not in the scope of the bed and got added to the bed along with three days of looking for screws that she could not find for us we were doing labor only she was to supply all materials hardware and tools
