On 2/17/24 we had a party at the bowling alley and arcade. When going to load the arcade cards instead of splitting ****** between 4 cards the keosk charged me ******. Management refused to refund the ****** that shouldn't of been charged to my card.Initial Complaint

On Sunday March 5 2023 I purchased 2 online tickets to see a matinee film at the B&B Theater in ******, ****. One ticket for me, and one for a friend who I was waiting to confirm. The email I was sent explicitly said that if I changed my mind about seeing the movie, a refund could only be issued within 2 hours of the showtime (see attachment). When it became 2 hours from show time, and my friend had not yet confirmed that she was coming, I did a refund online, because I believed that was my last opportunity to do so. I was refunded for the price of two tickets, but not the $1.95 per ticket service charge that I had paid to make the reservation. Just a few minutes after receiving my refund, my friend confirmed that she was coming, so I had to re-purchase both tickets, and pay the $1.95 service fee x2 once again. Now I have paid a total of almost $8 in service fees, to purchase 2 movie tickets. I did email B&B customer service on March 8 and spoke to ****** ********** asked ****** to kindly refund $4 of the $8 in service fees I had paid, since I did not feel I should have to pay the service fee twice for each ticket. ****** did advise she would not refund the service fees, and that it was my fault for requesting a refund on the first set of tickets. I advise ****** that I did so because I was within 2 hours of the movie start time, to which ****** did advise that tickets can actually be refunded directly up to the start of the show. Had I known that, I would have waited longer for my friend to confirm, and would not have cancelled the first set of movie tickets to begin with. I was provided a link to the refund policy at ******************************* which directly contradicts the refund policy as stated in the email ticket I was sent. I requested to speak to ******'s manager, and she simply stopped responding at that point.Initial Complaint

I attempted to buy a gift card online to B&B Theater. The transaction went though and my credit card was charged but I never received the electronic gift card. It was like the transaction got hung up and wouldnt go finish processing to get the gift care. This happened in July, 2021. I talked to employees at the location and they said I needed to contact the corporate offices but couldnt provide me a phone number. I sent multiple inquiries online and never heard anything back. I sent numerous messages to the their ******** account and the customer service said theyd follow-up or send an email, which they never did. They obviously have no intention to refund my money or provide the actual gift card. The worst customer service I have encountered. I hope others arent scammed out of money like I was.
