      I purchased a custom table and matching bench from this business on February 8, 2023. I paid their invoice of $1982.20 in full via Square Up using a credit card on February 8. Omega Custom Design (OCD) said to expect ***** weeks for building the table and bench and shipping to occur.I contacted them on April 26, 2023 and received an automated message reply. I tried contacting them again on April 24, and also received a standardized automated reply.On May 3, 2023 I received an email from *****, OCD's main contact person, apologizing for the delay and claiming they had a problem with their Etsy messaging service. She also claimed that shipping delays from materials suppliers were responsible for the delayed manufacturing of the table and bench I ordered and that the project should be completed "in a couple of weeks."I contacted OCD again on May 25, 2023 and received no reply.I tried again June 5, 2023 and received the same automated message.On June 7, 2023 I received an email stating that OCD was no longer manufacturing products and promised a refund as soon as possible.On July 4 I contacted OCD again and received an automated email reply, and found that their Etsy site was shut down, and that their own website was also stating that "due to unforeseen circumstances, we are not accepting new orders at this time."I have been unable to contact OCD or receive any response from them since that time, and they have kept the money I sent and have not delivered any product.

      I placed an order for a Handmade wooden table and matching bench in November 2022. This company was listed as a business under the Etsy platform, which was where I completed my transaction with this seller/ business. I was given and estimated delivery date of February 2023. I have many email exchanges with this company to discuss stain choices and expected delivery date. I received excuse after excuse, pushing back the delivery time frame. The last email I received from the company stated that they needed to take a step back from business, and all orders that were not delivered would be refunded. This was in May, and I have yet to receive a refund. Etsy and my financial institution has denied me a credit under a dispute filed due to the amount of time that has lapsed since the purchase. I am out over $2600. The disturbing thing is that this company still has a working website that appears to be taking orders. I hope buyers will do their research and not purchase from this company. I will be trying to find a way to stop this company from doing this to others in the future.

      in Jan of this year we found Omega Custom Design on Etsy. There was a kitchen table we found that we loved and were looking to order. We placed the order and paid. 30 days later we called OCD and made a change to the order (shortened the table by one foot). This was $500 cheaper. original cost was $2,710.95. OCD refunded us the $501.98 difference and said no problem they would get it made for us. Over the next couple of month the communication was that they were backed up with orders and it would take longer than the initial 3 months. Early June we got a message that for personal reasons they could not complete orders and would refund our money on the table. Since that email in June we have not heard anything from them. We emailed and called them, no response. We emailed ETSY, they stated that refunds were only good within 180 days of order. I have sent several emails over the last 4 weeks to OCD but have not gotten any response. They marked the order delivered when samples of stain was sent back in march, but we never received our table just samples. (still trying to get the conversation string from my Wife's Etsy account)

      I purchased a farmhouse table on Etsy from Omega Custom Design on Jan 10, 2023 for $3482.83. I have several messages to the company asking when I should expect it. I then received a message on June 7th, 2023 stating they were closing their business and will refund me the full amount. I have reached out several times inquiring about my refund but keep getting the same automated message back with no real communication. Today is July 11, 2023 and I havent received my refund. I dont know how to resolve this since I have no other way to communicate than Etsy.

      On January 9, 2023 I purchased a custom made table from Omega Custom Designs via Etsy. I had a wonderful conversation with the owner of the company who assured me the table would be done and delivered by March. I did however change the size of my table but was assured that would only delay it by a couple of weeks. All communication stopped in March and was finally able to get a response via email with them stating their Etsy messenger was down, which now Ive confirmed with Etsy that wasnt the case. I was once again reassured everything was on track again but they had had issues due to weather blah blah blah. That was over a month ago, closer to 6 weeks and theres zero communication, **** has tried reaching out and now their shop is temporarily closed Etsy is aware of this, as they collected over $1800 from us and it doesnt look like Ill be getting my table. Its so incredibly disturbing that this company has obviously pulled this on past customers and continue to do so. I will do everything I possibly can to legally shut this fraudulent business down with the help of the BBB, Etsy and the local people in their town! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! Theyll give you the run around and chances are they wont make good on their promises.

      I paid this company my hard earned money for a table and bench. Over $2,000 In December 14 , 2021 . They are past the date they said they would ship my order mid march its now June. They mostly now have excuses after excuses with no solution. They cant produce a tracking number that exists. Have problems with freight. I can find a freight company to ship it to me today! Its either a scam of some sort or they are just failing at problem solving which than they shouldnt do business ! I want to know where the order is and I can work on getting a freight company to ship it to me they can reimburse me The cost of shipping. If indeed there is a table and bench ready as they say.

      I made a purchase for $2250 on May 15, 2022, which was to be finished by August 2022. I received responses from the company Omega Custom Designs, LLC up to Sept 2022 informing me of their delay in production, but assurance that the product will be finished the following month. Since then I have received no notifications or responses to my emails. I have tried multiple times to contact them through a listed phone number online, there is no response or sign that the line is active. The phone keeps ringing until the connection is cut. I have emailed them six times, sent a notification through their website and one through Etsy with no response back. At this point I just want my money back and this issue to be resolved.

      This has been resolved with the customer with the order having been delivered to him. Below is the timeline:

      November 3, 2022
      - Customer filed complaint

      November 4, 2022
      - An email was sent to us from the BBB to notify us of the complaint
      - We reached out to the customer via phone call right away to discuss the situation. We let him know that his order was finished and was scheduled to be picked up later that day.
      - We sent tracking to him via email and text once it was picked up by the shipping company

      November 9, 2022
      - Package was transferred/handed off from initial shipping company to one of their partners to complete the shipment and an update was sent to the customer

      November 14, 2022
      - Package was delivered

      November 30, 2022
      - We had a text conversation with customer, and he said he would like to amend the complaint and will respond with saying that everything was resolved once we respond

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  The purchased goods were great, and we are satisfied with the product.  Our discrepancy was only with the lapse in communication that was resolved when contacting the BBB.
