I purchased 170 porcelain tiles from MBrico. On August 9, 2021 I paid $504.40 and on and September 17, 2021, I paid an additional $780. These two payments were a down payment. ************************* informed me that the tiles would be ordered from ***** and held at the MBrico warehouse in ***************** until I was ready to receive them. He informed me that when I was ready to receive them, I would pay the remainder of the balance on the account along with the shipping cost (to be determined at that time). I informed ***** I would be ready to receive the tiles in March of 2021. It was my understanding that after I paid the remainder of the balance and the shipping cost, the tiles would be delivered to my residence in March of 2022.On March of 29, 2022, I contacted MBrico and made the payment for the remaining balance of the order ($1,861.87). On April 6, 2022, ***** informed me that some of the tiles arrived from ***** damaged. He stated the damaged tiles were re-ordered from *****. He stated that MBrico could ship 141 of 170 tiles to me at that time or that I could wait until the replacement tiles arrived from ***** and have the entire order shipped at that time. He wrote that this would be of no extra shipping cost to you. I informed ***** that I could wait and have all of the tiles shipped in early May. On May 17, 2022, I left a voicemail message with ***** asking about the status of the purchase. I did not receive a reply. On May 19, 2022, I contacted MBrico and spoke to a customer service representative (possibly a receptionist or an office assistant). I informed her I was expected to start the project in 10 days and that I needed the tiles. I informed her I would accept the shipping of the tiles that MBrico had in their warehouse at that time (141) and that I could wait for the remaining tiles at a later time. The customer service representative informed me she would pass this message on to *************************. As of May 22, 2022 I have not received a reply.Business response

This is ***** with Mbrico LLC. We recieved a letter from BBB about a complaint from ***********************. Alll of Nadirs material was delivered as ordered. He had missed our email correspondence and his tracking information which ended ** being ** his spam folder.
Please see attached email correspondence. Nadir was emailing us, I was responding, but my emails were going to his spam. He eventually called (after filing a BBB complaint) and I responded on 5/25 showing him I was responding and had sent him his shipment tracking info. All of this information is attached:

Please see attached 2 email responses from the 19th and 20th. All material to fill both orders have been shipped.
Sorry if my previous emails were missed or ended ** in spam maybe. You should see this tile arriving anytime now and the carrier will call prior to delivery to schedule a time with you.
