In August of 2021 I placed an order with *************************** at Just Send It Saws for an imported chainsaw that he would put together, break in, and add a few upgrades. He charges customers in full before, much like a preorder. At the time, shipping was delayed for months due to the shipping crisis. Eventually, he let me know he had the saw and was waiting on a part that he said would be any day. This was in January of 2022. I gave him an updated shipping address, and then got busy with work and forgot about it. I have since then heard nothing from him; I have sent messages to his work instagram page, left voicemails, and sent emails. I spoke to ********************* of ****** Work Saws LLC, who has worked with ***** previously, and he told me he has 12 saws that he is waiting to work on but has yet to receive payment from ***** to do so. He has not heard anything in a month or so from *****.Initial Complaint

I sent Company 2 chainsaws back in September of last year. I prepaid to have them both modified it was around $1200. They told me about 6 weeks to have the work done. I received one of my saws in about 8 weeks. They told me it was gonna be some additional time on my other saw. Now it has been multiple months. They very rarely return any form of communication. When they do it's excuse after excuse on why it's not finished. I'm beginning to think I'll never see my saw again. After reading the reviews on his ******** page makes me worry even more because apparently I'm not the only one. I believe he "d me that it was $500 to do the modifications on the saw that he still has. Which was prepaid.Initial Complaint

It started from me viewing this guys product on Instagram. His product looks great people sponsor his chainsaws. So I get in contact exchange information he said he would do a full service on my 461 stihl chainsaw. I sent my saw back in august. I have the dates and emails. I paid him around $650 I have the exact amount in bank records. The money sent was for the service to the saw and he paid for the shipping. The saw is worth ****. Ive reached out asking if it was ready and said he hasnt got to it. That was back in December. Ive had numerous people he worked with reach out to him and he wont respond so this is where we are at. I thought I was helping out a small business, as Im trying to do the same. It is one of two ground saws that I have and worked hard to get them. And would like the saw back and a refund
