I ordered a tshirt. Over a month later, tracking says the order has still not been verified. I tried to email the company three times using three different methods (and email addresses) and each time, the email was either not answered or it was returned saying undeliverable. I also tried the phone number and it brought me to some guy's voicemail. I guess i'm out the money since I can't get a hold of anyone!Initial Complaint

I ordered a mug from this company, Their other name is Kitchen Decor. They took my money through paypal, which I did not pick that as my option to pay them. I have sent them several emails with no response and I tried to call their number, which is no longer in service. I have never received the mug and now I can not get my money back because they will not respond. Here is a copy of the transaction that was emailed to me. This business also goes by Kitchen Decor. According to their website their US address is 1202 Heires Ave Carroll, IA XXXXX and phone number is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX. I made an online purchase through them on July 29, 2021. I paid $30.99 for one coffee mug. Due to the high price, I was expecting high quality. I received the item later than their original shipping said and the item was defective. The lettering on the mug was so faint and cheaply printed it was mostly unreadable. I contacted Kitchen Decor Support and addressed my concern. They only responded once and requested pictures of the item. I sent a photo and explained the issue once again, requesting a refund or something to make it right. They did not respond. I sent 3 more follow up emails and they still have not responded. No apology, no acknowledging the defective item, no offer for refund, nothing. I order online very often and this is by far the worst experience I ever had. This company basically stole my money. This is not okay!
