Entered into a contract with AgencyBloc on 9/19/2023 for a term of 12 consecutive months. I am paying $75 per month for one user, and $125 per month for commissions. In March I reached out advising that I had not been using the commissions portion of the service, and requested cancellation. AgencyBloc advised they would send the request to *************************** for review. She did not respond in a timely manner, but eventually did respond on 4/10/2024 advising me that I was under contract for 12 months, but she confirmed that she took the commissions off of auto renewal so once my year was up, I would NO longer be paying for commissions. On 5/30/2024 I made the decision that at the end of the 12 months I would be cancelling all services. I reached out to *************************** directly via email advising her of this, and request confirmation on receipt of email. *************************** failed to respond via email. I followed up 6/11/2024 via email requesting confirmation that she received and processed the request. Still no response. I am needing confirmation that on 9/19/2024 the services will be terminated, and not renewed, as requested. Each time I chat or call, they advise me that they have to message ******* and that she will be in touch. But she fails to communicate that she has received my request.Business response

The last email conversation between the customer (***************************) and Client Success Associate (***************************) is attached, showing the 4/10 correspondence. We can confirm no email was received on 5/30/24 from customer regarding confirming cancelling at the conclusion of their 1 year service. I have created a task for ******* to email ******** regarding her cancellation request by Thursday June 27, 2024.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because this company has continued to NOT respond to my request. I have attached both emails that I have sent to ***************************. Both emails show her email, the date and time each email was sent, as well as as the contents of the email. This business failed to respond timely to the BBB, and is not responding at all, to me, the consumer. If the business fails to respond and acknowledge receipt of BOTH of my emails, I will continue to escalate this to the highest extent. The lack of communication to ME, and now to the BBB shows their lack of customer service and honesty.
