I booked a stay at the Suburban Studios April *****. I arrived with my family late on April 18th. I booked 2 rooms. The rooms were absolutely disgusting. They smelled of cigarette smoke, the sheets smelled like body odor, there were urine drops on the toilet and the tub had brown residue in it. I needed to get my family settled and complained the next morning because I was told by the night staff that complaints were taken care of by the manager who would not be in until 9am. I told her if my concerns and she told me to contact Expedia since this is who I booked it thru. I did this to be told that the manager stated that she would not refund me for the 2 nights I did not stay there since I found other accommodations because I did not complain that night at check in. Well she wasnt there. And she told them she offered me another room. She NEVER did this. I have contacted ************* who is affiliated with this hotel chain and they will not help me since the hotel is privately owned. I want to be refunded for the 2 nights I did not stay there and want to report how dirty this hotel was
