We took my daughter's car to Jiffy Lube for an oil change. The next morning, there was oil all over our garage floor. When we took it back, they gave us some run around and said it wasn't their fault. After we left, one of teh employees reached out to my daughter on social media and told her that was a lie and that in fact, it was their fault. When she took it in to get the oil changed for the 1st time since then, she was told by ******* that the filter was on too tight and they couldn't get it off. She called Jiffy Lube and told them. They told her to bring it in. She wanted a free oil change for the additional inconvenience. They told her no, so I went with her to the store. They offered 15%. He said he was sure he could get it off and that ******* was probably being lazy. We told him we would go somewhere else as we really don't trust them to do the oil change. My daughter took it to another Jiffy Lube, and they too, could not get it off. They said it was on way too tight, and they have had other people complain about the Jiffy Lube we took it to first.
