I placed and order for a hat on July 10, 2023, and received confirmation of my order and was charged. I reached out on August 4 and received no response, as well as August 30. I called the number on their website and it just rings, with no option to leave a voicemail. I am now seeking to get my account credited by filing a fraud complaint with my credit union.Initial Complaint

I ordered a blue cap with CAPTAIN **** and scrambled eggs on the visor, with "U.S. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE" on the cap. I placed an order in March, and they never filled it, and I had to get a refund from my bank because they never responded to emails or voicemails. Once again, I placed an order on June 6th for the same thing, thinking it was a glitch. I called on 28 June 23 and was told the order would ship on 5 July. It is now 15 July 23, and still no delivery. Unfortunately, no response to emails, and I cannot leave a voice mail. I either want my hat delivered or a complete refund.Initial Complaint

I am in the US Coast Guard Auxiliary. I ordered a set of ODU shorts in August 2020 but never they were never shipped, and still show as not shipped to this day. I called and spoke with a lady who said they forgot the order but they will ship out right away. Monthly later, still not received. Repeated emails to them asking to ship the product or provide a refund have gone unanswered. Fraudulent operation, preying on US Coast Guard members and Auxiliary volunteers, not to mention in complete violation of the FTC's "Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Trade Regulation Rule" which requires online/remote orders to be shipped within 30 days or refunded. I placed an order on 18 Jul 2021 (order #****USCG) for 50 custom-made challenge coins. I received an order confirmation via email on 18 Jul, and my credit card was charged the full amount of the purchase ($494.34) on 19 Jul 2021. The confirmation email I received noted, "Hi *******, we're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." Since receiving that confirmation email, I have received no update from the business, nor the 50 challenge coins I ordered. I thought there might be a delay in fulfilling my order due to COVID-19 related supply issues, but I have emailed the business on multiple occasions requesting an update (9 Sep 2021 and 21 Dec 2021), called and left a message on their voicemail (29 Dec 2021), and reported the issue through the ******************* (which also has no updated information since the order was placed on 18 Jul 2021), all with no response. Last week, I ordered the challenge coins I need through another vendor, but I would like a refund of the $494.34 for the coins I never received from Cutter Agent. I could understand a delay in producing/shipping the order, but it has now been more than six months without an update of any kind from the business.
