I ordered a 10x12 storage shed order # ***** for which I paid through Affirm loan # 7Syu-R1ZB from Frantic Bags, ****************************************. Since then I have tried contacting them on various occasions with all this same information through email and with a phone call. I have received no response. I would appreciate advice as my next course of action.Initial Complaint

I ordered a shed from this website and never received a tracking number. When I contacted them they didnt reply with a tracking number only a excuse to wait so I tried contacting them again but still no answer. I spoke to my bank but the charge was made through a 3rd seller called Afterpay and they cant be held responsible so I cant get my money back for the the shed I didnt receive. Its been since March and still havent received it. After I didnt receive a response or the shed I went online to look at reviews and it suggested the website was a scam things dont arrive. It was too late since I had already payed for.Initial Complaint

I ordered a Thule Bikerack online through blogs jewelry. I paid 4 installments to After pay; when I hadn't received the item, I contacted After pay AND the seller. After pay responded, saying their job was to get the money to the seller. I received an email from the seller (now frantic bags!?) saying that they got the order and it was in transit, but when I emailed and called they never responded. Frnticbags Order number ***** Phone number on website: ************** I continue to call; noone picks up the phone or responds. I would either like a refund (500?!). or the item!Initial Complaint

This company has their location listed as the address of our warehouse. They appear to be a fraudulent company and we have had multiple phone calls to our businesses about Frantic Bags clients that have been scammed. They see we are associated with the address of this company and call us trying to find a resolution. The first person reached out to us on 3/13/2023 and we have had multiple people since then call or stop in asking us about Frantic Bags. We had ****** remove them from being at our address, but their website still states they are out of our location.Initial Complaint

I purchased the product March 31st 2023 order number ***** and was shipped April 5th and it was called a steam deck that I ordered. It says it was shipped to my address but never received it and ***** contacted me because I called them and told them I never got it and they called me the next day and said the package was under a different name which is ******* tracking number is ************ and thats through ***** and it was also shipped to a different address. I asked for a replacement and they never responded and I messaged them multiple times which tells me this company is a scamInitial Complaint

In December of 2022 I ordered a d paid 2 installments for a Lego set from ************ An immediate order number was generated along with the taking of 2 payments. Ive never received anything from the company. Ive called , left messages, sent emails, and Ive received no response.Can someone please contact the company , and then let me know what is going on. If they cant send the **** set then refund my money.
