On April 4th, 2024. My mom and I test drove a Buick Enclave 2011. The check engine light was on. We talked to the in house mechanic he looked at it and said it was because the old owner put cheap gas in it and he fixed it. He reset the check engine light. April 5th I took it back to the because the trunk wouldn't open and the check engine light was back on. Autozone put their reader on it and it said the O2 sensor was bad. The mechanic kept the *** and called me later saying it was fixed. We picked it up the check engine light was off and the trunk was fixed. The check engine light came back on as we drove home. On our way to ********* for a doctor *********** the *** kept shutting off while driving it. And the brakes started to grind the next day. I took it to brakes plus they had to replace the back brakes and routers cost me about $500 they also told me the front brakes and routers needed changed too and when they took the back tires off the parking brake just fell off. My uncle put new brakes on the front and changed the O2 sensor. Hoping to fix it. My mom took it back to ***. They said no the motor mounts are not broken and Then said well it is under warranty take it to Buick. My mom took it to Buick they found 2 broken motor mounts, the catalytic converter is bad, it has a major oil leak, and the air conditioning is shot. My mom went back to *** very upset but never yelled or cussed. The owner told her that she didn't matter and as far as he was concerned because her name isn't on the contract she doesn't exist. So she left. After I got out of work my father and I went to ***. He was rude but said they would repair it but I needed to pay for the parts and they would do the labor. I turned to ask my dad what he thought and the owner started yelling and cussing at us he leaned over the desk threating me and screaming for us to get out. I have video of that interaction. They have done this to lots of customers. I just want my *** fixed or reduce how much I owe.
