on oct 1, 2021 i made purchase of ****** from Midamar corporation. They used ***** as a carrier, who kept my frozen food for over 2 weeks, then sent it back to Midamar. I emailed the company requesting a refund. their rep reached out to me an offered to send it again via **** I was reluctant but agreed. they sent me a tracking number. I soon got an email stating it was delivered. when i read the email fully it showed it was delivered to ********* ****, a placed i have not lived in for over 10 years. I contacted the company again asking for a refund. I got an email from a different rep asking another rep if they are to issue the refund, they acknowledged they sent it to the wrong address. That was the last I heard from them. i have disputed the charge with my bank and had to send all email correspondence from them, including all my current billing information. They went as far as sending false information to my bank that i received the item in ****** **** this is not good business practice. I have the emails i can not download them to your file as they are emls and not any other forms that you accept. I will gladly send all the information via email for your review.Business response

Sorry for confusion - we had put this to the Shopify account as a credit, and it showed on our end that this was completed but it must not have gotten to her. We will issue a physical check to go out to her and I am going to reach out to her directly as well to let her know this!
