In March 2021, we ordered $3000 worth of panels from Triton barn systems. We were told the order would be completed and shipped in time for our summer livestock events. The timeline kept getting pushed back with excuse after excuse. We held our fair in Sept 2021 and did not have the livestock panels we had ordered 6 months earlier. We have been calling and emailing constantly to try and get our panels or a refund and again, its excuse after excuse. We have checked into a lawyer, but we are in ******** and would need a lawyer that works in the state the company is based. So it has been a challenge. We are a non-profit entity and this $3000 is a huge loss to our families that would be utilizing the panels we ordered.Customer response

Please be advised that we received our money!!! After almost 1 year, this has been settled. Thank you so very much! Please let me know if there is something additional that I need to do.
