              Wednesday november 1st we took our city express van in for a slow leak on the passenger back tire , i received a phone call about 40 minutes after leaving it there from ***** saying they had to jump it to get it in side , and tested the battery and its dead so i need a new ****** battery. we declined any service from them and they charged us ***** for looking at the tire and saying my battery was dead , ***** procedded to call and say that the car may not start when we pick it up , they did have it started and getting warm for me when i picked it up, note its friday battery tested good and is working just fine . But now there is something leaking that never was before and we havent drove it but home wednesday because the tired needs fixed well a new one and we will get from some where else . i dont like being lied to. ****** is alot of money to try and scam someone for . i would like my ***** back being that we were lied to .

              I used their collision center to fix my vehicle after a dear collision. They were in my insurance network so i trusted them. They first tried to give me my vehicle with a bad paint match. They said they would fix the misalignment of the hood and trunk, but didnt do it correctly so there is still a gap larger on one side of the hood and the trunk doesnt shut correctly. Also they didnt touch the alignment which was clearly messed ** in the collision. Do NOT trust them with your vehicle if you want the car to have a similar resale value. They take no responsibility and they lie to you. Not my idea of a good company. I want my vehicle to look and drive like it was not in an accident when i pay great coverage through the insurance.
