they were, to fix rust dents scratches paint.1st they had it, for 2 days shy of a month. And did not repair the dents. took it back,and pick it up, return home. And found 1 dent and one that they did not fix right.we have had enough with this outfit.so whatever is done from here is to wait and see.the spots will be fixed and i will see what the cost is.Also they charged 4 percent saying this is for the use of the card.Well that has never happened before. I am calling the card company.Business response

So, we wrote the estimate for repairs of which I have attached on the repair I do not have any dings or dents, however he complained so I took it back and had my paintless *************** take the dents out at my expense and we missed 1. Also, the headlight gasket is discontinued so rather than the car set here when the granddaughter could be using it while we found the gasket. I would be happy to take care of these items however it's something we would have to do our shop due to the lighting we use on the dents. As for the credit card charge, I offered to them to write a check to save the 4% and they chose to put it on the card because they had 0% interest on their card. I'm very sorry for mis understanding. I have attached a few pictures of the estimate and the postings of the 4% charge.

I am rejecting this response because: because she is not telling the truth. She knows that the dents were to be fixed. She went out and bought a front fender without telling us.WHY she knew i wanted it to look great. And as far as the 4% charge she told us it was our charge.This has never happened to us before and we seen noting posted.she could have told me from the start she wanted cash and did not.2011 they never charged this when we took it to them.they had that car 2 days shy of a month,And back again, and did not resolve the problem.ask yourself. would you fix something that was not agreed to? A ****** agreement is as binding as a written one. And she admits that, when she told me she forgot the dents and had me bring back that car to fix. I will take and get it fixed somewhere else.as far as this compliant you can post or not.but for me truth matters.

I WILL TAKE THE OTHER DENT OUT AND PUT H/LAMP GASKETS IN AT NO CHARGE.AS FOR THE CREDIT **** CHARGE IT IS CLEARLY POSTED IN 2 PLACES WE STARTED THIS 2YEARS AGO DO TO THE CREDIT **** EXPENSE AND I WILL REPEAT I EXPLAINED TO THEM BEFORE I TOOK THE **** FROM THEM.
