      Please do not order from this company!! We paid a deposit for the machine in August of this year. After 2 failed attempts to deliver the machine (on their end and with their vendor) they went radio silent. We had been told to standby until a larger stair climber had been rented so that a 3rd delivery could be attempted. Unfortunately, this third attempt never took place. The machine was sent back to the factory and we've been told they are keeping our deposit even though the machine was never delivered. On top of that the sales rep has been not only been unhelpful, but has refused to escalate internally and has been hostile with us. I've never left a negative review in my life but felt that you should be warned. DON'T SEND THEM A DOWN PAYMENT!

      Due to the lack of response from this customer in December 2023, we had no choice than to bring the machine back. We could not let the machine remain at the shipping carrier from October through December of 2023. Vending.com incurred freight charges both ways totaling $1,500. This complaint is the first time we are hearing from the customer since last December. We have documentation signed by the customer acknowledging the requirements by the customer, which were not met.

      I have never experienced such poor customer service in my life. They were super communicative during the sale, then radio silence once I had the machine and was experiencing difficulty with my cashless payment system. I emailed, called, texted, finally complained to my salesperson who said they would escalate it to their boss, but I still ended up fixing the problem with no help. You are better off getting a vending machine from **** club or Amazon. I specifically went with a vending focused company hoping that they could provide guidance because this is my first vending machine. I would not make that mistake again. I attempted to use the help chatbot at one point. It asked me to wait a moment while it connected me to a technician. That message was still on my phone 3 hours later. I was never connected. If you cant help someone, you should probably tell them that.

      ****** was shady and rude. He didn't listen to what I was wanting, he just aggressively pushed a product I told him I wasn't interested in instead of helping me find a product that was better suited to my needs.
