Luxe Interiors Design bought out ***********************. When you go to Luxe Interiors Designs it says we are the home of ***********************. When you click on *********************** from the menu on top of the page it says "Our *********************** site is live and taking orders. By clicking this link, you will leave our website and to go to it. I placed my order on 4/29/22, my credit card was charged 5/2/22 for $70.00. I received an email order confirmation on April 29, 2022. On May 9, 2022 I called the business number at ************ to check the status of the order and the phone had been disconnected. I also sent an e-mail (info@the luxezone.com). It was returned undeliverable. I then called the cell phone number of *************************, the owner, and she said the order was ready to be shipped and she would send me a tracking number. I waited until May 16, 2022 to check on the status again, and called her cell number, and she said I should have received it by now. She said she would call me back. I did not hear anything so called May 23, no answer, so left a text message. On May 25, May 27, June 1, have called and she is not answering her phone now.Initial Complaint

I put a deposit down of $603.14 on March 31, 2021 for some new drapes for my house with Luxe Interiors.I have left over 200 messages and emails to get an update and now trying to get this refunded and I havent gotten a reply. I am hoping you have more luck than me.The owners cell phone number is **************.Thanks,***
