            For seven years we had residential lawn care through forever green. This year 2022, when nobody came to mow our lawn, we sent a message. It was not answered. 48 hours later, we called the office and spoke to Cassy , only to be informed that they would no longer be mowing residential properties. This occurred in Mid April, with no notice, to a couple of seniors who dont even own a mower.. it seems to me that most companies would notify their customers ahead of time, but they did not. To date most other services we have called are already full and our kids have been helping ****** while we search. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you

            We have discussed this with you the past and you knew we were mowing your yard at a discount and without a contract as a favor to you since you are a family member of an owner.  When we had to reduce the number of accounts due to staffing it wasnt feasible to continue to mow your yard at a loss.  All of our clients with contracts were sent a letter notifying them of the change.  Since you refused to sign a contract you didnt get a letter notifying you of the change.  Feel free to discuss this with me at any time.

            This review is from the father in law of one of the owners.  They're using this review as retaliation against their son in law for refusing to continue to work for them at a "family discount".  unfortunately  this is an escalation of a campaign of complaints that have been sent to other family members.  When they didn't get the desired response they chose to use BBB in an attempt to get their way.
