First I was told to send my dogs heart meds to them, so I sent the prescription via text/photocopy. A week later - nothing. I called and they said it would be 3 weeks once they got the snail mailed prescription from my veterinarian. Then when it finally arrived my dog passed shortly after from congestive heart failure before we opened the new vetmedin at $100. She never got to use it so I returned in the original unopened container only to get an email saying they could not give me a refund. So I wrote back saying to return it to me and I would give it to someone that cannot afford it, next email said they could not return it as it did not have a prescription, so my vet would have to send another prescription and I would have to pay for it again????? What the h*** is that? ************** with terrible service.Business response
