We were not happy with the partial work that they did. I was told that the porch project would be done in three weeks. It has now been almost two months and the project still isn't finished. I could have done the sub par job that they did. There are big gaps in the drywall that they hung, they didn't cut out all the places where there are outlets. I haven't seen anyone here to work on the porch in a month. Lacy at first kept in contact with me and gave me the impression that things were going to get done in a timely manner, but as time went on I heard from her less and less. I reached out to her a week ago and told her I needed to have this porch finished by the end of October. She answered me with a text saying she was possibly going to have a friend finish it for her. That's the last I've heard from her. That was a week ago. Today I terminated our contract. She didn't do enough work to add up to the money that she had already received. I'd would not recommend her to anyone. I wouldn't have given one star except for the fact that I had to put at least one in order to leave this review.Review from Hannah B

It’s My Pleasure To Highly Recommend Lacy With Have Them Fix It . She Has My Made My Dreams A Reality. Not Only Has She Done The Job Well ,She Also Fixed A Huge Mess That Another Contractor Left. I Look Forward To Having Her Do Some More Work In The Near Future.

I would highly recommend Have Them Fix it for any project! They got the floor ready, moved everything so we didn't have to worry about it and did an excellent job on the floor and cleaning everything up and moving everything back. Kevin and Lacy are great to work with and very accommodating with our schedule. They got the job done in record time and we are so pleased with their work!Have Them Fix It Response

After having no response from other contractors Lacy and Kevin were a Godsend! They delivered on their promises to not only do the job but complete another contractors mess. Their efficiency and attention to detail was awesome! They stayed late to get the job done on time. I would recommend them to anyone who wants quality, efficient and dedicated contractors. I am planning on using them again soon for further work. If you need help, cannot find time or unable to do the job yourself call them!!Have Them Fix It Response

I hired Lacy to do a partial basement remodel to include new baseboard, trim, install doors and fix some small drywall issues. I was very happy with the finished product! Lacy has a good eye and has great ideas for renovation. During the time she was completing the original project, more projects were popping up around the house and she was able to do all of them to satisfaction as well. I have already reached out to her for another remodel project on another house. I highly recommend Have them Fix it!Have Them Fix It Response
