************************************ I had an appointment set for noon, by 1:30 PM. The tech had failed to show up or give notice the we're running late. I called the office inquire on their whereabouts. They said the tech was running behind, but gave no timeframe for when they would show up. While on the inquiry call with the office the office attendant *********************** when I said that the tech could show up anytime except between the hours of 2:00 and 2:30. They made a comment that 2:00 is only 20 minutes away, how would the tech be able to show up. By 5 PM the tech had still not show up, I called the owner Alex, he failed to return my call. I then called the office the next day, no one answered the call or returned any messages. I had previously use this business to fix a clogged tub drain. I would not suggest using them or believe many of their reviews as they solicited me with a discount for a good review during the tub drain clog interaction. I called a different business to have them come fix my water heater, and it turns out the tech from viper miss diagnose the problem to begin with. Both the techs and office staff are *************** dealing with water heaters, warranties or customers. They charged me an initial $** to come out and diagnose the problem, which in that instance the tech arrived an hour late.

I had Viper Drain clear two toilet clogs and replace a kitchen faucet. Clearing the toilet clogs was done well. The kitchen faucet hot/cold was not done properly. Hot water came out when the lever was down; which is not correct. For safety reasons, the cold is always when the lever is down. When I called to have them come back and fix, that scheduled an 8-8:30am appointment. On that morning, I did not receive a text or phone call saying they were on their way as they did for the previous appointment. I called them to find out their arrive time. The women said she had discussed this with her boss and the team, and they said the serviceman did it right and our previous hook up was wrong. They would come out, but I would have to pay a service charge. #1. A business should inform you they are not coming and what their discussion was, BEFORE you have to chase them down on the phone and you have prepared the area for them. #2. The serviceman should have informed me that he thought the previous connections were not done correctly since it would change our experience of using the faucet, if that was really the case. #3. Any change to the appointment or the customer expectations of financial responsibility are discussed with the owner, not the person who makes the appointments as soon as possible. This shows a lack of maturity and leadership with the owner (boss), who is afraid to manage a small matter with a customer. #4. If you cared about your business, you would verify the situation yourself, not just taking your service persons word. People make mistakes. You could have called me yourself to discuss the situation if you thought you were correct.
